After you have registered your account and introduced yourself in the Rookie section, you may wish to customize your profile.

To do this, select the 'Profile' link.  There you can add your Twitter and Facebook profile names to help better connect with other fans.  If you don't have an avatar, NHL Team logos are already pre-loaded for you, in the 'Personalized Picture' tab.  Canadiens logo is recommended.
