I have been asked about the following rumours so many times, I decided to post my answer here.

rumour 47: Roberto Luongo + Alex Burrows for Carey Price + roster player
rumour 78: Jaroslav Halak + David Perron for Carey Price + Max Pacioretty + prospect

1. Consider the source.  None of the speculation is coming from credible sources.
2. Take a look at the players involved.  These so-called rumours are more often wish lists of people with agendas.

Let's be patient until the negotiations play out 'til their conclusion.
